Up White Rocks Prev Next Slideshow

After we'd rested, we looked up at the 600 foot cliff behind us and seeing numerous cracks and ledges, we looked at each other and said, "We can climb that." But when we got part of the way up and started seeing pitons sticking out of the rocks it occurred to us that maybe free climbing was not such a great idea after all. But still, it looked like it was easier to go up than down, so on we went.
